Band Membership Application Requirments The Following requirments are a MUST when applying for Membership in the Paul First Nation: Frame size Birth Certificate, certificate must show both mother and fathers nams. Both parents must be registered and be a member of Paul First Nation. Statutory Declarations or affidavits from both parents, signed by both parents. Signed letter of appeal, if an appeal is necessary Indian Status Card, if one parent is from another Band/First Nation Parents must sign a Statement of Consent prior to registering the child or children
